Czerwonka, J.D., is a Senior Fellow at the Gitenstein Institute for Health Law and Policy at Hofstra Law School.  Mr. Czerwonka oversees the Institute’s Legal Mapping Project, which seeks to map and track, longitudinally from date of first enactment in each jurisdiction, advance care planning laws across the country.
